An evening with Ellsworth Supper Club

Amelia & Justin McMillen created Elsworth Supper Club in St. Louis Missouri, where they reside now. The experience is intimate and warm. Ten guests sit around a communal table in conversation with one another and the hosts while enjoying an evening of thoughtfully executed seasonal fare. Each service harkens back to a Japanese concept of ‘Ichi-go ichi-e’ that ran through the veins of SingleThread Farm. It essentially means “one moment in time which can’t be recreated.”

The McMillens brought a long-discussed idea to fruition. Inspired by the dinner clubs of Wisconsin and northern Chicago, Elsworth Supper Club is meant to capture the memories Amelia has of special occasions and vacations spent dining in family-run supper clubs and Justin’s definitive journey in Michelin resraurants.
