Made with a porridge of quinoa, flax and chia seed, has a longer shelf life of about 6 days
Miche
Large round sourdough made with spelt, pumpernickel and whole wheat. The most sour, with a longer shelf live about 6 days
Danish Rye
Dense brick bread with rye berries and loads of seeds (pumpkin seed, sunflower, sesame, flax and rye berries).
Contains buttermilk, therefore not vegan.
Baguette & Epi
Naturally fermented containing durum and winter red wheat. Epis are dipped in organic sesame seeds and snipped into “leaflettes” to resemble a wheat stalk.
