FAQ

  • We're all about keeping it casual during the day — and when the sun sets, we prefer to kick it up a notch and opt for what we'll call an upscale casual vibe.

Dress to the nines, wear something with a little panache, and flex your personal style. We always love to see it.

  • If you’re interested in dining with a group larger than six people, please email reservations@troubadourHBG.com and let us know your party size, date, and any custom menu needs. We’ll accommodate dietary restrictions and aversions the best we can.

  • Chef's Table is meant to be comparable to “Omakase”, offering a somewhat mysterious and unpredictable culinary journey. Enjoy this format of an extended eleven-course menu with elevated attention to detail and our commitment to showcasing the finest seasonal bounty in ways that will surprise and delight while connecting with the chefs in a more intimate way. Hosted in our private dining room, we invite you to flip through our collection of culinary books and gander at our preservation projects.

  • Each menu may be adjusted for gluten-free dining with advance notice, though, as a bread bakery, it can present some challenges, and we’ll try our best. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate dairy-free or vegan requests. Our kitchen works with common allergens throughout, and while we take great care to prevent cross-contact, these ingredients are used in close proximity to others. Please share all restrictions with our team prior to your arrival, either when booking your reservation or by emailing reservations@troubadourHBG.com.

  • Our team lovingly curates our wine list and features la crème de la crème of regional and domestic varietals. As such, wines featured on our list cannot be brought for corkage. For other bottles on the list, corkage is $50 (limit 2).
